About This Project
A chain of boutique hotels in Gozo and Malta, strategically located in the centre of towns and villages. Our company was involved from the pre opening phase of the 1st hotel in Nadur, where we mainly supported in the set up and conceptualisation of the brand, recruited and trained the pre – opening team, created SOPs for housekeeping, front office and administration, created and implemented a sales and marketing plan, hotel technology and online presence. The company also was responsible for overseeing the management for 2 years post opening.
